Ben Hartman

Better known as 'MC Reazun', Ben Hartman is both rapper and artist and has been performing with the spoken word since 2003, mainly in Utrecht. As a Kyteman Orchestra player he has appeared on two albums, while as a composer he provided music for Shadow Game, a film about teenage boys who escape on foot from Syria. Ben is currently working with upcoming artists and leading workshops for young people. He incorporates his particular concern about inequality into his work and his workshops. With his awareness of social issues, he conducts conversations about tolerance and combines these with (the history of) hip-hop as a subculture, using rap as a creative expression in his workshops.
